⚠️ READ FIRST – IMPORTANT

This is a tuning-only, mail-in PCM service.

No mechanical work or hardware is included.

This service is intended ONLY for vehicles that already have the required mechanical changes completed where applicable (camshaft swaps, AFM/DOD deletes, VVT lockouts, etc.).

It does NOT repair:

  • Failed lifters
  • Worn camshafts
  • Damaged phasers
  • Existing mechanical engine damage

✅ What This Service Does

This service permanently disables selected engine management systems in the PCM calibration to support modified or failure-prone engine setups.

Depending on the option selected, this service can disable:

  • Active Fuel Management (AFM) / Displacement on Demand (DoD)
  • Variable Valve Timing (VVT)
  • All related diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs)
  • Associated check engine lights

The calibration is adjusted to allow proper operation without these systems active, assuming the engine is mechanically sound.

🔹 AFM / DoD Disable ONLY

Select this option if:

  • Your engine has had a mechanical AFM/DoD delete
  • You want to eliminate cylinder deactivation
  • You are NOT deleting VVT

Includes:

  • AFM / DoD logic disabled
  • Related DTCs suppressed
  • Full-time V8 operation

 

🔹 VVT Disable ONLY

Select this option if:

  • You have installed a VVT lockout or non-VVT camshaft
  • You are not running AFM/DoD

Includes:

  • VVT control disabled
  • Related DTCs suppressed
  • Calibration adjusted for fixed cam timing

 

⭐ 🔹 AFM / DoD + VVT Disable (Recommended for Modified Engines)

Select this option if:

  • You have performed a camshaft swap
  • AFM/DoD has been mechanically deleted
  • VVT has been locked out or removed

Includes:

  • AFM / DoD disabled
  • VVT disabled
  • All related DTCs suppressed
  • Calibration adjusted for full mechanical delete setups

This is the most complete option for heavily modified or failure-prone GM engines.
