Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of custom tuning and digital products, all sales of 330 Performance services or tuning files are final at the time of checkout.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the order is placed. Custom tuning is a service that begins immediately after purchase, and results depend on the accuracy of the information and logs provided by the customer.


Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under limited circumstances, at the sole discretion of 330 Performance. These may include:

  • Accidental duplicate orders

  • A service was purchased that we are unable to provide (due to compatibility, ECU lockout, etc.)

  • Technical failure on our part (e.g., tune file not delivered)
