By purchasing any tuning service or product from 330 Performance, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing from 330 Performance, you agree to be bound by this Terms of Service. This agreement overrides any previous conversations or understandings unless updated here by 330 Performance. It may be modified at any time, and the latest version will always be posted on our site.
2. Indemnification
You agree to hold 330 Performance and its affiliates harmless from any and all claims, losses, or liabilities—legal or financial—arising from the use or misuse of any product or service.
3. Disclaimer
Tuning files are sold “as-is.” You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is in safe working condition before any tuning takes place.
4. Installation & Warranty
The use of custom tuning may void your manufacturer’s warranty. It is your responsibility to check with the vehicle manufacturer. 330 Performance is not liable for damage caused by faulty installation, existing issues, or unfit parts.
5. Vehicle Condition
Your vehicle must be road-worthy before tuning. If your car has pre-existing issues, your results may vary or tuning may fail. If your vehicle has drivability issues after tuning, it is your responsibility to return it to stock and notify us immediately.
6. Safety & Usage
330 Performance is not responsible for unsafe, illegal, or reckless use of a tuned vehicle. All tunes are for off-road or race use only, and any on-road use is at your own risk and liability.
7. Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds may be considered in rare cases (e.g., duplicate orders, service incompatibility) and are granted solely at 330 Performance’s discretion.
